Cleopatra's Shiny Latex Leggings Overflow with Fresh Shit

Cleopatra gets down in the room, her tight, shiny black latex leggings already hinting at the buildup inside. She lets out a series of loud, resonant farts, each one building anticipation for the inevitable release. After two days of holding back, her leggings are now a canvas for her impending defecation.

The flood of mushy poop erupts as Cleopatra's leggings stretch to accommodate the growing mass. She pulls down the leggings, revealing a beautiful, messy creation. The smell fills the air, and she admires her work, enjoying the scat movies ritual that has culminated in this moment of pure satisfaction.
