Karina Cruel's Brutal Enema Diarrhea and Facesitting Domination

The air is thick with the rank smell of impending defecation as Karina Cruel stands over the trembling slave. Already dominant, she administers a powerful enema, so now the liquid is scalding hot. The pressure builds, and Karina's face contorts with concentration as she holds the nozzle deep inside her, her body quivering with the effort.

Once the enema is complete, Karina positions herself for facesitting. She smears the hot liquid around, so now the slave's face is thoroughly covered. She then forces him to swallow the diarrhea directly from her anus, her grip absolute. The slave's fear is palpable as he takes every last drop, proving his submission to Karina Cruel scat.
