Kim Koettbullar Takes on Solo Scat and Clyster Enema in Rough

The bathroom is a mess as Kim Koettbullar stands over the toilet, her face contorted with effort as she drops a massive pile of feces. The defecation is loud and messy, and she carries on to push, producing more and more shit until the toilet bowl is overflowing.

After her initial bowel movement, Kim Koettbullar administers a clyster enema to herself, filling her intestines with liquid. She then shits again, this time producing a stream of diarrhea that splatters onto the floor. She smears the feces on her skin, enjoying the feel of the warm, sticky mess.
