Japanese Scatology: Yumiko's Extreme Anal Enema and Scat Set

The air is thick with the thick stench of anticipation as Yumiko prepares for her scat set. She lies down on a white sheet, knees splayed. An enema is carefully inserted, filling her bowels to the brim. You see her face as she strains, a thick jet of feces pouring out, splattering the sheets and her legs.

After the initial defecation, Yumiko smears the feces across her body, rubbing it into her skin with precise care. She then leans forward, opening her mouth to catch the next load of feces, which she swallows with relish. The set culminates with a face shot, where Yumiko smiles triumphantly as the final stream of poop lands on her face, completing the scatting porn romp.
