Dirty Pants Defecation - Enema Filled Shit Stains Her Underwear

The space fills with the foul reek of fresh feces as she stands, her underwear already stained with the initial load. With an enema filling her, she squats, pushing out more shit that smears across her dirty pants, creating a thick, sticky mess.

The weight of the excrement is evident as she shifts, the mess spreading further. She presses on to defecate, the enema which means a steady flow. Each push adds to the mounting pile in her underwear, until the fabric is soaked through. The sensation of the warm, wet mess is unmistakable, and she relishes the feeling before heading to scat bb clips for more extreme filthy romp.
